Meet our Team
Vistara Villas Management was founded by Australians Tom and Claudia to bring a more design-led, structured, and reliable approach to villa management in Bali. Drawing on their backgrounds in business, branding, hospitality and marketing, they created a service that blends Western expectations with the expertise, authenticity and warmth of a deeply experienced local team.
Our Balinese and Indonesian staff bring experience in hotels, hospitality, guest services, and property operations. Supported by an experienced General Manager and administrative team, they play a central role in the day-to-day running of each villa and the consistent service we deliver to owners and guests.
Tom and Claudia remain closely involved in strategy, quality standards, and owner relationships, while our operations team ensures each property performs smoothly and is presented with care.
We stay intentionally boutique, partnering only with villas where we can maintain personalised attention and long-term results. Every property is managed with intention, clear systems, thoughtful presentation, and a team that genuinely cares.
