    Yes, housekeeping is included (excluding public holidays).

  • Do you provide towels and linens?

    Yes, we provide fresh bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels.

  • Is there WiFi?

    All villas have high-speed WiFi, suitable for working and streaming.

  • Can I cook at the villa?

    Yes - all villas have a fully equipped kitchen.

  • Is there an easy way to order food and transport?

  • Do you offer airport pickup?

    Yes, let us know your flight details to arrange.

  • Should I rent a scooter or car?

    Scooters are common. Cars with drivers are available, we can assist in arranging.

  • Do I need a visa to visit Bali?

    Many nationalities are eligible for a Visa on Arrival (VOA) which allows a 30-day stay, extendable once. Please check current requirements before your trip.

  • Is there anything I should know about electricity or water?

    Electricity in Bali is 220V. Adaptors may be needed for non-European plugs. Tap water is not drinkable, we provide filtered drinking water in every villa.

  • Can you help book massages, tours, or surf lessons?

    Absolutely! We work with trusted local providers and are happy to recommend and help you arrange in-villa massages, day tours, surf lessons, and more.
